USED ART SUPPLY SHOP & LENDING LIBRARY
50 Bayswater Ave.
USED, NOT USELESS.
Our Used Art Supply Shop is a space where materials get a second life. Donated by artists, priced for artists; paint, tools, canvases, and more.
DON’T BUY IT. BORROW IT.
The Art Lending Library is a place to access cameras, tools, and gear without the commitment.
Use it. Return it. Repeat.

50 Bayswater is designed as a creative hub, not a hallway of closed doors.
It’s a place where your neighbours are makers, where ideas spill into the hallway, where Saturday workshops turn into collaborations, where onsite markets boost your exposure and connect you with other creatives, and where you can actually build a career surrounded by people who get it.
50 Bayswater Is Taking Shape
A New Kind of Creative Space
A hub where creation, collaboration, learning, and community collide. Serious purpose, playful spirit — from the studios inside to the mural greeting you at the door.
The Vibe
Exterior Mural
We take our work seriously… but we also seriously love what we do. So of course we had to put a giant pigeon version of our favourite people on the building.
Come check it out — it sets the tone for everything inside.
