Our workshop room is intentionally designed for 8–12 people, making it ideal for hands-on workshops, talks, and small group learning. Located in the heart of the Urban Art Collective’s Art Hub at 50 Bayswater Ave.
This is a premium small-group space. not a lecture hall. The size (312 sq ft) allows for deeper engagement, better interaction, and a more meaningful experience for both facilitators and participants.

Our Creative Workshop Space is located at 50 Bayswater Ave. in the vibrant, eclectic neighbourhood of Hintonburg, Ottawa, right in the heart of the Urban Art Collective’s Art Hub.
Surrounded by a gallery, café, and creative energy, the space sits within one of Ottawa’s most dynamic cultural districts, making it an inspiring destination for workshops, talks, and small-group gatherings.
Getting Here
We offer 5 free parking spots at the rear of the building, with additional free parking available at the Urban Art Collective Gallery next door. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed. There is also paid street parking and public lots nearby.
Prefer transit? We’re just steps from Bayview Station and conveniently accessible via the OC Transpo #11 bus, making it easy to arrive by LRT or bus.
