The Artist
Emilie Darlington
Artwork By Emilie, is a Canadian muralist, painter and illustrator specializing in artwork that expresses and inspires connections with nature. Known for her vibrant palettes and attention to detail, Emilie often favours themes of sustainability, environmental impact, natural ecosystems, and botanical symbolism in her impactful work.
Emilie's upbringing on a Bruce County farm instilled in her a deep appreciation for the natural world, which she skillfully incorporates into her work. Emilie loves partnering with organisations and companies that prioritise sustainability and environmental impact, and aims to foster dialogue around our ever-changing world through her chosen subject matter. As a graduate of the University of Ottawa's Bachelor of Fine Arts program, Emilie's approach to colour, scale, and design is informed by a deep understanding of artistic principles.
From small-scale works to vast murals, Emilie's attention to detail is unparalleled, resulting in artwork that is equally impactful whether viewed from a distance or up close. Emilie's passion for her craft is evident in every piece she creates. Her dedication to her art and her commitment to pushing herself creatively have made her a sought-after artist throughout Canada.
