Hintonburg Valentine Online Market: Vendor Fee

  • 3 Online Product/or Service Listings (Photo, Price & Description)
  • Social Media Spotlight
  • Online Marketing
Additional Product/Service Listings: $10 Each (up to 9 Total Listings per Vendor)

Market Process:
All Sales will be Processed through our E-Commerce (Shopify) Website and Gift Wrapped by us.  Sold Items will be Picked Up by the Customer at the UAC Art Hub (1088 Somerset St.W) or Scheduled for Local Delivery with Gopherit.

Additional Fees:
To Cover Credit Card Fees, Paid Ads, Gift Wrap and our Time (Marketing, Customer Communication, Preparing Orders, etc.), we will take 10% of each Sale.  

Vendor Payouts:
You will be Setup as a Vendor in our Shopify Store, so you can Track your Sales and Prepare your Orders.  Once the Market is Complete, you’ll be Paid by E-transfer.

Market Timeframe:
February 1st - 11th

Deadline to Register/Pay for Market:
January 20th, 2024

Deadline for Product/Service Submissions:
January 27th

Deadline for Customers to Order: 
February 11th

Non-Perishable Products - Vendor Drop Off: February 12th & 13th 

Perishable Products - Vendor Drop Off: Before 11am on February 14th
