They bring a Knowledge of Both the Aesthetics and Practicalities of Artistic Creation and a Mindful yet Playful Attitude to Creation.

Mindy Alexander is a Visual Artist, Registered Psychotherapist and Art Therapist with an Independent Practice. She brings many Maker Skills such as Experience with Weaving and Sewing, Installation and Experimental Art, as well as use of More Traditional Wet and Dry Media. As a Therapist, Mindy is well Attuned to the Needs of Participants and Prioritises Supporting Artists "Where They Are At" to Facilitate Self-Discovery.

Andrea and Mindy have been Working Together Since 2019, and have recently Established Leap of Faith, Art as Therapy, based on the Understanding that Engaging in the Creative Process Requires a Leap of Faith into the Unknown, Yielding many Benefits for Overall Well Being.

They are able to Support Artistic Creation with a Variety of Populations, and Work Hard to Support Individuals' Strengths and Capabilities, Helping Overcome One’s Perceived Limits. They Find Joy in Seeing People Begin to Identify Themselves as Artists at Any Stage in Life or Never Having Touched Art Materials Previously.
